Initial meeting

An initial meeting for us to explain how we operate, how we can work with you, and to understand your situation and what your needs, requirements and objectives are.

Information collection

In order for us to provide you with the best advice and prepare an initial plan we need to know some of your financial details such as Incomes, employment, levels of debt etc and your goals and plans for the future. This information is collected during the first meeting.

Analysing and preparing
Analysing and preparing your options. We complete this at our office and it involves research into the most appropriate benefits, level of cover and Insurance providers based on the information you gave us. We deal with all the Major Insurers in NZ.

We arrange a second meeting with you to present our recommendations and findings- called a Statement of Advice. This is the forum in which open discussion and explanation can lead to a decision on what best suits your circumstances. Applications to submit to the recommended underwriters are completed at this meeting.
